Your appointment, made clearer
Find the right fix for your home setup.
When a computer, printer, and internet connection all depend on one another, knowing where the problem starts helps you choose the right appointment.
When Wi-Fi or a printer is the problem
Before requesting a Scarborough home visit, note whether one device or every device is affected. If a laptop works close to the router but not in another room, mention that pattern. For printers, write down the model and whether the issue involves connecting, printing, or scanning. We help with printer setup and connectivity; printer hardware repair is not offered.
When the computer itself needs attention
Freezing, startup failures, repeated Windows errors, and slow performance may require computer diagnosis rather than a network visit. If the device can leave your home, scheduled pickup, approved off-site repair, and return may fit better than staying for a service appointment. A machine that cannot get online may still be suitable for collection and diagnosis.
When remote support may be enough
Email settings, software questions, updates, and some account or configuration issues can often be handled remotely when the computer has a working internet connection. We confirm suitability before arranging a session. Home Wi-Fi coverage, physical connections, and equipment setup usually benefit from seeing the equipment in place. We support customers using different internet service providers.
